About us.

We are on a journey to reclaim wholeness.

The distance between the more beautiful world our heart tells us is possible, and the reality of our everyday modern experience can leave us feeling confused, empty, or full of grief. But if we are open to it, there are ways to reduce the gap and bring us into greater alignment with the life we are meant to live.

Interwoven Cape Cod was born out of a deep desire to make the experience of living life everyday magical again.

By (re)engaging with our innate creativity, (re)connecting to the land on which we live, and (re)experiencing the present moment as the fully joyful expression of life that it truly is - we believe we can start to (re)awaken health, wholeness, and fierce joy for this one sacred life we live.

Sarah (dharma name True Light of Courage) believes in joy as a spiritual pursuit. She lived in Africa for many years, working with artisan cooperatives and textile producers who showed her how making things with our hands embodies our innate sense of being interwoven with the world. She is a student of countless teachers including Thích Nhất Hạnh, Robin Wall Kimmerer, David Abram, Mary Oliver, the Brewster flats, adrienne maree brown, Kate Fletcher, Dr. Larry Ward, her grandmother and aunt (both master knitters), her dog Lari, and all alpacas everywhere. She is an ordained member of Thich Nhat Hanh’s Order of Interbeing. She lives on the ancestral lands of the Wampanoag (Cape Cod, Massachusetts, US) with her partner and all her yarn.
